Refund policy

We offer free reverse pickup services for eligible returns. However, please note that reverse pickup services may not be available in all areas. You can find the list of serviceable and unserviceable areas here. [CLICK HERE TO OPEN LIST]

If reverse pickup is available for your location, you will receive further information with the pickup timeline. For areas where reverse pickup is not available, we will not be able to offer returns, exchange or refund for the items purchased. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refer Return, Refund and Exchange Exceptions/non-returnable below for more information.

To start a return, you can create a return request from your account. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

To claim a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To expedite the process, please provide unboxing videos and images of the damaged product, as well as the original packaging.

For these type of claims submitted within 7 days of delivery, we will offer a replacement or refund. After 7 days, we will not accept any exchange, returns or refund requests. Please note that without an unboxing video, we may not be liable to verify the issue and process your claim.

  • Size Discrepancies: If you notice any size discrepancies, please provide clear images of the product, including measurements. We will verify this internally.

  • Package Damage: Please handle the package with care while opening it. If the package is damaged during the opening process, we may not be able to process a refund or replacement without an unboxing video and images of the courier packaging.

  • Shipping Damage: If you notice any damage to the package upon delivery, please note the damage on the delivery receipt. This will help us file a claim with the courier service.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products such as special orders or personalized items cannot be returned. For hygiene purposes we may refuse returns on items that appear to have been worn, washed, or dirtied. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on certain products, including but not limited to masks, shorts, and rompers. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  

Meditor Studio reserves the right to modify this policy and the applicable product categories without prior notice.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
